2. DEFINITIONS
The terms used in the implementation and interpretation of this Agreement shall have the meanings defined below:

• LAW: Relevant laws governing e-commerce and consumer rights in the SELLER’s jurisdiction.

• SELLER: Boardee LLC, offering goods to the BUYER within the scope of its commercial or professional activities.

• BUYER: Any natural or legal person acquiring, using, or benefiting from a product or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes.

• SITE: The website www.boardee.shop belonging to the SELLER.

• ORDERING PARTY: Any natural or legal person requesting a product or service through the SELLER’s website.

• PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER.

• AGREEMENT: This agreement executed between the SELLER and the BUYER.

• GOODS: The movable property subject to shopping, and any intangible goods prepared for use in an electronic environment, such as software, audio, video, etc.

The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. Unless updated or changed, the announced prices and terms remain valid. Prices announced for a limited time are valid until the specified period ends.

9. GENERAL TERMS

1. The BUYER acknowledges that they have read and understood the preliminary information regarding the basic qualities of the product(s), sales price, payment method, and delivery on the SELLER’s website, and that they have electronically confirmed this information.

2. Each product subject to the Agreement will be delivered to the BUYER or the person/entity designated by the BUYER at the delivery address within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, provided it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

3. The SELLER cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by the courier service or incorrect address information provided by the BUYER.

14. EFFECTIVENESS
When the BUYER completes the payment for the order placed on the website, they are deemed to have accepted all the terms of this Agreement. The SELLER is responsible for ensuring that the BUYER reads and accepts this Agreement on the website before finalizing the order.
